Usually hacky sack and yarn orders ship in 2 business days. All of our hats and hacky sacks are handmade by us to order. The hats you see pictured are some designs we make and showcase them for you to browse. We will email within 24 hours of your order to let you know the status of your order. Please allow 8-10 business days for us to get your hat through production if it is not in stock. Have a special hat in mind use our custom order page. Order questions can be handled through email or telephone (we are busy so leave a message and we will call you back). Please note that sometimes our emails are blocked by the spam filters. If you do not receive any emails from us please email us at info@dontsmokemyhat.com and then we will be able to send back to you.

Delivery: All continental U.S. shipments are shipped standard USPS to all U.S. addresses including APO/FPO residents. Express shipping is available for an additional charge, contact us for a quote.

We have had great success in shipping to Canada, but sometimes items can be delayed by customs/weather and we can only track it out of the USA. Patience is key and there are longer delays during the holidays.

Return & Exchange Instructions
We expect you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you would like to return all or part of your order for exchange or refund, please follow these instructions. All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return request.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date. All items must be unused and in like-new condition. Hats must be unwashed and unworn. Email us at info@dontsmokemyhat.com for the quickest service. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via USPS mail with delivery confirmation. Then you can track it.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. We do not sell your e-mail address or any other personal information to other companies.
What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you order from us, you pay us through PayPal so we never see your credit card or personal financial information. We don’t need or receive any sensitive personal information from you other than your name, contact information and shipping address. We do not receive or have access to your credit card numbers. PayPal provides authentication of your identity and payment for your purchase to us. That is all that is needed to purchase from us. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. You don’t even have to sign up for a PayPal account to order from us. When you sign up for free services like Newsletters or download certain products made available by us through our site, we need only a name to personalize your newsletter when sent to you you and an email address which we use to send the information you requested.
